This Payment and Digital Delivery Policy explains how payments are processed and how digital PDF manuals purchased from sdfmanuals.com (the “Website”) are delivered.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on the Website are digital PDF files. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping address is required.
Digital delivery begins after we receive confirmation that your payment has been successfully completed.
2. Available Payment Methods
Depending on your country, device, browser, account eligibility, and the options displayed during checkout, payment may be made using:
- a supported debit or credit card;
- PayPal;
- Google Pay;
- Apple Pay.
Only the payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available for a particular transaction. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, browser, and payment-provider requirements.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal and/or the payment service selected at checkout. A payment may be subject to authorisation, verification, fraud-prevention checks, or other procedures performed by the relevant payment provider.
3. Payment Information
We do not collect or store:
- full payment-card numbers;
- card security codes;
- PayPal passwords or login credentials;
- Google Pay account credentials;
- Apple Pay account or device-payment credentials.
Payment credentials are entered and processed through the relevant payment provider. We receive only the limited information necessary to confirm and administer the order, such as the transaction identifier, payment status, amount, currency, and limited payer or billing information.

4. When the Download Link Is Created
In most cases, the download link is created automatically almost immediately after successful payment.
In rare cases, payment confirmation or technical processing may take several minutes. This can occur because of payment-provider verification, temporary processing delays, or other technical factors.
If a payment remains pending, the download link will normally be created only after the payment provider confirms successful completion of the payment.
5. How You Receive the PDF
After successful payment and order processing, the download link will be made available in the following ways:
- it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout;
- it will appear in your customer account under My Account → Downloads;
- it may also be accessed through My Account → Orders by opening the relevant order.
Please provide a valid email address and check that it has been entered correctly. If the delivery email does not appear within several minutes, check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders before contacting us.
6. Download-Link Validity
The initial download link remains valid for seven days from the time it is created.
You may extend the link yourself one time for one additional period of seven days by using the self-service extension option available for the purchase in your customer account. You do not need to contact customer support to use this extension.
An extension renews the time during which the link may be used. It does not increase the total permitted number of downloads unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
We recommend downloading the purchased file promptly and keeping a secure personal backup.
7. Download Limit
Each purchased file may be downloaded a maximum of five times.
The download link is provided only to the customer who placed the order. You must not publish, share, forward, resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide the link or downloaded file to any third party.
Sharing the link may cause the download limit to be reached and may compromise access to your purchase. We may restrict access where we reasonably detect unauthorised sharing, abuse, fraud, or other use contrary to the applicable terms.
8. Delivery Problems
If your payment has been completed but the download link has not appeared after a reasonable processing period, or if the link does not work, contact us at [email protected].
Please include:
- your order number;
- the email address used during checkout;
- the title of the purchased manual;
- a brief description of the problem.
We may ask for limited additional information needed to locate the transaction and verify that the request comes from the customer who placed the order. Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or payment-account login details.
9. Refunds and Defective Files
Payment and delivery issues, defective files, incorrect files, and available refund remedies are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
